In addition, he put his expertise and guidance in each and every step of the project and made sure we understand why he is going to do things the way he suggested. On the personal level, Adil is a very pleasant person to work with, quite humble and welcoming any time we needed an explanation about something during the renovation process. Dan followed up within minutes and worked with my schedule to come out that same day. He is also a very friendly and personable guy. He came by, inspected my home and could not find any evidence of the critters but did give us great info and a better understanding of their process.
