(September 27, 2020, 11:12 am)Effective and Fun!The coaches are awesome.Coach Tana was very helpful and motivating.You feel like you have your own personal trainer. The atmosphere and lighting is cool and comfortable.
(August 27, 2020, 5:14 pm)I'm so thankful OTF opened back up to in person classes! I'm getting married this October, and the coaches give me more motivation to keep showing up everyday. I'm attending about 3 more classes a week compared to last year, and I'm probably in the best shape I've been in since high school. I'm an OTF fan for life!
