“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!!! Before going to this shop I stop by two other on the way to see if they could fix my van because it was overheating really bad. They both told me I had to wait until the next day or they couldn't get the part. I looked up the next shop and I found Auto TX. I pulled up and ask them if they could fix the problem and he said give him a minute. He went outside and looked at my van, then call Dodge dealership and was told they had the part. He ask when did I need to fix by so he can see how fast he need to go get the part. I told he by 1pm the next day. He said ok, so I left my van. By 2pm he called and told me he was sending someone to get my part and as soon as they get back he will start working on my van. I called him the next morning about 10am and he told me it will be finish by noon. I arrived a little early and it was already done. Not only are they friendly but they have great customer service, fast and the price are very reasonable. Going forward this will be the shop that I always take my van to.”

“This is by far my most favorite oil change service center in Northeast Ohio. Yes, it's one of the busiest Valvoline's I've gone to, but worth the wait. Excellent customer service from super knowledgeable technicians, I know they'll take care of my car. They always let me know if I'm due for other services and are fast and efficient at getting everything done. Swap out my wiper blades while my oil change is being done, replace lights if they go out! They even found a coupon for me for my oil change and gave me a discount on my transmission flush. Thanks Valvoline!!”
