“I have been dealing with lower back problems for over 10 years now. It got worse after a work accident. I have been to a chiropractor before and after 1 year still wasnt feeling better so going to a new one after about 4 years of not going I was sceptical. After 2 visits last one with acupuncture I feel so much better! The knot in my lower back is 1/4 the size it was and most of the pain is gone. I fully recommend him to everyone that hasent had luck in the past!”

“The studio was beautiful, upon arrival my partner and I did not realize we needed to bring mats ( prior studio provided them), but understandably because of COVID they weren’t. No biggie! The owner of the studio was nice enough to book us later for one last with a complimentary class for hot power flow yoga ( which was very very cool) and a beginners yoga class a few days later. My ONLY draw back was a lack of direction in the beginners class, it was just too fast and ultimately not relaxing at all. The hot power flow was very fast paced ( totally cool) which made me and my partner want something hot, but also relaxing and meditative during the practice. In addition to that the prices here were very high in my opinion. Again, these are just my opinions. Not necessarily negative, but just some general feedback from a beginner who wasn’t looking to jump right into it, but simply try it out.”
