“We found ourselves in a bit of a roofing dilemma. A spot was leaking badly and in an attempt to DIY the issue, my husband had torn off a portion of the roof. Mike came out and immediately saw that we were in trouble. He had someone on his team there later that evening and the next day. The roof was put back together before they left and we're happy to say that after a month and some heavy rains, the new roof looks great and the old leak is fixed. Very grateful for their time and quick turn around!”

She removed it from the frame, cleaned mold damage and was able to re-install it in the original frame, which we requested. “Amazing experience! A friend and I booked the Super Sweet Spa Party, which was even better than imagined. We had a private salt room with Marlene. She was fantastic! We each got chair massages, hand and arm massages, and a foot salt scrub. Just being in the room was relaxing enough - everything else was an added bonus! All of the staff were super kind and helpful. I love all of the local products they sell in their shop, and ended up purchasing some local salt hair spray. I definitely recommend this for private groups, small gatherings, special occasions, or just when you need to relax. I can’t wait to go back and try the sauna!”

“Since I did this online, it was much more smoother. I originally rented a 15 footer, but U-hual did a wonderful job with keeping me up to date with its stock each week, they actually called me up. I ended up with a 10 footer to be on the safe side and of course there was a fleet of them at the location. The service was good and the lady did a wonderful job with my questions and speed of service. The truck was nice and clean, it was enough for my 550 sq ft studio, including a king sized bed (A bit of a squeeze) I never knew they added a back up camera, 120v plugs, and some usb ports, uts a nice little upgrade they did to the trucks. I drove out of state and didnt have any issues. I also blew through all the EZpass lines and their information was correct, theyll just email you the bill later with a $1 fee attached to each tool you pass, not a big issue and easy to pay. Overall, always been using U-hual so I still will, great job guys and gals~”

“I wish I could give this company more stars than 5!! I stopped in a few months ago to look for something to help my my dogs anxiety. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice man named Rob. I told him how my dog has had rounds of various medications that did not help and I was interested in trying something more natural due to previous side affects of pharmaceuticals causing issues for my dog. I realized I was talking his ear off but Rob was nothing but helpful & kind. He took his time explaining each product for me. “Tonight I had a run in with the delivery driver Ben. It has been snowing all day and Ben was trying to deliver pizza to one of the residents at my apartment building that I live in. Ben ended up getting stuck in the snow along with many others in the parking lot. Ben didn’t just try to get his self out but he helped get everyone out as well. Ben went above and beyond and I felt terrible because he wasn’t able to deliver more pizzas and get tips. This kind hearted young man needs something special done to show appreciation he was an Ambassador to the Marcos brand.I for one have not been a Marcos customer but I will be ordering soon do to his willingness to the community and I will be providing him a heathy tip for the thanks of what he has done.”

“Rating based on bingo only. One of the cleaner halls in Cuyahoga county. The crowd is pretty laid back. Most of the volunteers are nice and they have cheap (sometimes free) dinners. Payouts aren't the best on most games but the coverall is decent. It's all paper so you can play for as little as $12 and there are lots of instants.”
