The team did a nice job of fixing another companies installed system. There was no pressure to upgrade, instead they educated us on what we have and explained what an in deal upgrade would look like. Honest, straight forward. We will count on Nightlites of Cleveland to service and install new lighting feature.

Loved working with this company. They were very competitive with pricing, responsive to phone calls, helpful with creative placement of lighting and all the staff were very professional. I am amazed at how wonderful our home looks lit up at night. I highly recommend Nitelights.

This was an ideal experience from our point of view:
1. The initial consultation was informative and professionally presented by the owner of the business.
2, The terms of the agreement were simple. No money was required from us until we were satisfied with the installation and all of its components. So we were at ZERO risk of paying for something we were not satisfied with.
3. The installation team arrived on time, did the work required including a far more complex portion on our brick floored front porch than what they had anticipated, cleaned up completely, and explained the system and its operation to us.
4. The owner came back a few nights later to do a several adjustments that only became visible in the dark. He was very accommodating and left us only after were were completely satisfied.
5. The net result has been an incredible enhancement of the visual appearance of our house and yard after dark. In our opinion it looks beautiful. In fact we are so thrilled that we are going to add a couple more lights to give a complete job.
Nightlights of Cleveland has been a pleasure to deal with. There is no pressure like we have felt with other home enhancement suppliers. They are fairly priced, and the "no money down" policy speaks volumes about the ethics of the owners of this company. They intend to do an excellent job and don't feel entitled to any compensation until they have brought the job to a satisfactory conclusion.

PostScript: 08.15.20 We liked the results so well that we had Todd come back and he added an additional up-light on a tree that we had not originally planned to light along with 4 path lights along a river-rock path that leads to the back of our house.
Our next door neighbors liked the results at our house so well that they are having Nightlights install a system at their house in September, the first available date.

Fabulous job from start to finish. When I first met with Todd he did an amazing job advising where he felt lights needed to be installed to highlight and enhance my home and yard. During the installation, Tim and his crew came on-time and the days they were scheduled to perform the installation. They installed every light and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. You can barely tell that anything was even touched. I had lights installed on my 20 year old deck and it looks like they were installed from the initial set up. My home and yard look absolutely amazing at night. The extra lighting will increase the time and space that I can utilize my backyard. I highly recommend Nitelights of Cleveland. You will not be disappointed in their quality of work and customer service.
