This is my go-to place for all things auto related. I used to go to my dealer but there were many times there that my car would have a problem and they would tie it up for weeks without ever fixing or even finding the problem. I brought that problem a particular vibration that my car had when I hit a certain speed, here at Olmsted Auto and within one afternoon session they not only determine the problem but fixed it for me on the spot. Their service is impeccable because they allow you to see and know exactly what they're doing to your car while it's in service. Someone will either contact you on the phone or actually send you pictures on your text or cell phone. You'll know exactly what's going on and when it's going on and have a clear picture of when you can pick your car up. And if you call in advance to make your appointment you can always ask for a loaner should your car be tied up for the better part of the day. And are you ready for the frosting on the cake? The loaners are free. They give AAA discounts and are very community involved, for example, they do toys for tots in the month of November and anybody who brings in a toy for a child is eligible for a nice discount on the work on their car that day. You almost never think of associating a service department or a body shop with family, but at Olmsted Auto, they make it right at home, and everyone feels like family or friends.
