My esthetician Elizabeth Torres has taught me so much about preventative skincare and is a perfectionist when it comes to treatments. She's a perfectionist who never misses a detail. The clinic director, Jen is very candid about setting realistic expectations and will let you know when a more economical less aggressive treatment is more appropriate. Her approach is to cultivate long term relationships with clients which is refreshing in an industry where that is not the norm. Sam the receptionist is very capable, attentive and warm. You can tell she geniunely likes to help people. I will add the spa is always very clean, quiet and private. Also that the entire staff is well versed in caring for different skin types and skin tones as well as sensitive skin.”
