“I came in from out of town and desperately needed my and my daughter's hair done. I found Mercy's close to the hotel I was staying in. I called and was able get an appointment that day. I think the woman who did our hair was new to the salon because of the instructions she was being given but she was polite and did a really good job. I wanted crochet dreads but I have traction alopecia around my edges so I was worried she wouldn't be able to do it but she did and covered the bald spots! My only critique is my daughter and I both have natural hair and She didn't know how to correctly handle our hair. Other than that my experience was very satisfactory. I'd definitely recommend.”
