The instructor is great at discussing awareness and presenting options to prepare yourself when you think you may be attacked. This in class experience surpasses watching a video or reading about how to handle an attack. Even if you or your daughter remembers just one thing from taking this class (lock your car door, then put your seat belt on like it's second nature), it was worth every minute!”

When glass is bought it should be made secure somehow in the store. The cashier did not mention the word Covid but I'm really hoping that wasn't the excuse. If I decide to go again I guess I will need to take my own supplies to wrap my stuff in.”

After the initial planning we spoke multiple times on the phone to ensure every detail was handled. Their technical guru did a terrific job creating a digital photo album of pictures I provided of my Mom on a flash drive. They kept the ‘business’ side quick and painless.
