I just bought the new vaporesso luxe pm40 which I guess I was the first one to buy it at house of vapes in Strongsville and I so far love it! It's perfect size to put in my bag, it's not so big and I love it

Customer service is great here. If they don’t have exactly what you are looking for, staff will say so. They let you try different products to find a good substitute; but never make you feel bad if item isn’t a good fit. Great deals on coils. Additionally, the staff is super knowledgeable on the other products they sell, and will take the time to explain.
I always feel like I’m the only customer in the shop, even when it’s busy. How many places can you say that about these days?!

I used to avoid this place because of the terrible customer service i experienced about a year or so ago. Now that is a different story. The staff is very nice and helpful! AJ helped me out a bunch and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend!!
