Also had to do a good amount of mud work in the kitchen and bathroom due to uneven 70 year old plaster walls and irregular spots, which I really appreciated. They have integrity, honesty and genuine compassion for the folks in their care. They addressed, in a timely manner, any concerns we had for our loved one. Having to also deal with all the COVID issues at the same was very stressful, but, we were somewhat comforted knowing the staff was caring for our father in the same lovingkindness as we would have. If a long term, dementia care facility becomes one of your options, you would be wise to research Kemper House. This will be your choice in the end. I had to call back 4 times after I was called about my appointment made 6 months earlier being cancelled. Once I got to the staff at the actual office it was fine. “I am entering my 10th week of personal training with Paris at Compound Fitness. I came to them at the age of 40, the weakest I have ever felt and overweight (by a lot). I was broken and after trying every gimmick from Nutrisystem to Semiglutide I was left more confused than ever. I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this gym and the owners. It was a little intimidating walking in the door but after 1 workout I knew that this was exactly what I needed. I now have hired Paris as a personal trainer 3 x a week for an hour each session. The positive mindset that Paris guides me with set me up for the week and I have gotten so much stronger in this short timeframe. Amanda has been a dream helping with nutrition and giving me ideas to stay on track with my eating to help achieve my goals. Everyone is so friendly, and I know I will meet my goals with their help. This is an atmosphere I plan to be a part of for many years to come! “Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! That's a man who knows his job. He got us the right size and we were out in under 10 minutes (after wandering and shopping for other stuff, too.) That is some efficient shopping. We love this store! Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Dominic is pretty cool too! I met him at the bridal show at the IX Center and he's the reason I visited in the first place!”
