Mindful Motion Pilates

I have been going to the studio for a few years. The instructors are fantastic and the class times fit my busy schedule. Not only have I lost inches all over, but my back pain is gone! I highly recommend this studio!!

I have attended 2 intro sessions with different instructors and just completed my first full class with a third instructor. Very happy with the studio and everyone I have met so far. I highly reccommend. Very welcoming and each instructor has their own spin on different exercises. Thumbs up from me. I plan to attend classes regularly here 👍

Edit: I was able to schedule my first sessions. The owner took the time to ask all the questions and set the expectations. The place offers a more personalized experience than others around.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable quaint atmosphere. I personally prefer to Club Pilates.

This is week 3 of Pilates and I am absolutely in love. If you are thinking of trying it out, this is the studio to try. Instructors are so calming with the process but will give you an amazing workout during class.
