SHARPEN Skills Training

We are huge fans of Sharpen Skills Training, especially trainer Alexis. Alexis has helped our daughter gain confidence in her volleyball skills. Her devotion to training has taken our daughter's skills to the next level. We would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to help their child achieve their personal best!

My son is currently working with trainer Andrew for running back skills, he loves it and he and I both feel that it is helping him with the mechanics of the position. The staff is very helpful and educated on all aspects of training athletes from physical and mental side. Would strongly recommend if you are looking for a training program.
