“Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! That's a man who knows his job. He got us the right size and we were out in under 10 minutes (after wandering and shopping for other stuff, too.) That is some efficient shopping. We love this store! Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Dominic is pretty cool too! I met him at the bridal show at the IX Center and he's the reason I visited in the first place!”

They were unbothered by my last minute shopping and helped me find the shoes I need, and they showed me this spray they have to help keep these clean which is a God send. I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.”
