Best Buy

After an awful experience at another nearby Best Buy location, in desperation, I went to the Strongsville store (a store that had played no role in my problem). I spoke with and sought help from managers Nate and Scott, whom I had never met before today. They were wonderful and resolved my problem BEYOND my expectations. I even spoke to the store manager, Jake, to praise their efforts. I greatly appreciated all that they did. I cannot speak highly enough of Strongsville Best Buy's customer service!

They have literally everything you can think of in the way of electronics and computers. They have TVs, phones, computers, printers, gaming systems, games, cords, cables, chargers, cameras, printer paper and any accessory that you would need for your electronic devices and their prices are decent. They sell apple computers and offer a service plan with them. They will also price match computers with Costco.

Very nice store. My son is autistic and was inquiring about speakers for his computer. Megan was completely understanding and treated him with great respect. That means the World to me!

Decent selection of most electronic equipment. The employees are always friendly and helpful with questions. I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.
