I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.”

“I go to this specific Ulta Beauty a lot. I actually had gone today for my first “curb-side order pickup”. I was satisfied! I only waited outside the store for around 4-5 minute’s for someone to come out. I feel like this was very quick and simple. The lady who brought my order out was really sweet and the process only took about a minute. She checked my ID, and then I went on with my day. Now, I personally had a great experience with curb-side order pickup. I do enjoy the shopping experience. I haven’t had any issue’s except one time where I just felt a little unwelcomed by an individual who worked there. I haven’t seen her since, which I am happy about. But, the staff is always friendly. I, now have always felt welcomed and happy to see everyone in the store. I recommend the Strongsville, OH Ulta Beauty!”

“Went a couple times and i do agree the service was bad but i went back today to get some drunk elephant skin care and the younger woman that helped me today was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the skincare i was buying. She also made sure to give me a sample kit (the one DE gives you when you order from their website) She was thoughtful and also gave my mom her birthday gift which happened to be DE as well. There was also a special with little lipsticks and we each got one of those and well (the girl showed us all the colors first) Good experience also not crowded like the one inside the mall. “We stopped in just to look around at the selection of gliders for our nursery and were assisted by Summer, who not only answered all of our many questions and put together about 12 different options with pricing, but did so in a relaxed, friendly way. We felt absolutely no pressure to leave with anything. She was so accommodating and made sure we found something we really wanted and had all the information we needed before we left. She even threw together yet another custom option and sent pics of fabric swatches, just to make sure the order was perfect, when we called back the next day and had changed our minds on color. I can definitely see us going back for other pieces of furniture in the future.”
