I would like to see a better selection of computer parts and music equipment, however they do offer the basics. Good selection of tv’s, appliances, and phones. The store is very clean and well organized. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. I was very happy with the tech guys and they were quite happy to see some high end equipment that I brought in to see about replacement parts.”

“I am a huge fan of this spa! I get a facial here regularly and the entire process is a fun, relaxing time that I always look forward to.. When you enter, you are greeted and signed in by an incredibly friendly secretary. If you have to wait- which I never have- you have the option of doing so in a massage chair (which might be a reason to show up early next time). During my previous visits I have gotten a microdermabrasion facial from Ayah. She is incredibly friendly and ensures that I am comfortable throughout the process. The relaxing music, comfortable bed, and general ambience Ayah sets helps to elevate my experience. She is intentional in explaining the procedures she is doing and then either allowing me to vent or sit in silence depending on my needs. The facial always leaves my skin feeling soft and new. Ayah even recommends high quality products and has helped me create a skincare routine that works for me. She definitely knows what she’s talking about and doing. I have yet to leave this spa feeling less than satisfied! Thank you to Ayah and the rest of the team for creating a space to relax and refresh.”

He had me take it to Serpentini where we purchased the car. They could have told me I had to replace the whole rear window, but they did a much smaller and more inexpensive repair. “I go to this specific Ulta Beauty a lot. I actually had gone today for my first “curb-side order pickup”. I was satisfied! I only waited outside the store for around 4-5 minute’s for someone to come out. I feel like this was very quick and simple. The lady who brought my order out was really sweet and the process only took about a minute. She checked my ID, and then I went on with my day. Now, I personally had a great experience with curb-side order pickup. I do enjoy the shopping experience. I haven’t had any issue’s except one time where I just felt a little unwelcomed by an individual who worked there. I haven’t seen her since, which I am happy about. But, the staff is always friendly. I, now have always felt welcomed and happy to see everyone in the store. I recommend the Strongsville, OH Ulta Beauty!”
