I have always had good service and today when I picked up my online order and one of the items they took it back without hassle. He even helped me bring it to my car. This Lowe's is one of my faves and they will continue to get my business.

We are at Lowe's today looking for a barbecue grill and we needed help and Dave that works in that area was supposed to be going on a break and he stayed there and helped us do everything we had to do to get it out to our car after we bought it and he helped us put it in the car he was a great help That's the kind of employees you have to keep
