“OMG where do I start? What a GREAT bunch of staff working here! From Administration when you walk in the revolving doors, to Floor 7 where our son was, these medical workers are friendly, jolly, really care about patients and like their jobs, because it shows in the care of their patients! In such a hard time of Covid, they still find humor! Our son was in with a staph infection in his left leg, serious and scary, and they took AMAZING care of him there in those 3 days this past weekend! A member of our family had never stayed there before, as it is out of our local area, going forward, it will definitely be on our list! “I’m a patient at CDC Warrensville. The center is kept reasonably clean and fresh. It was rehabed last year (2018). The techs are very nice and shows empathy for us, with the exception of a few. Management will insure correction to problematic employees with additional training and counseling. When receiving my treatment the technician’s makes sure we are comfortable due to the fact we are here 3 - 4 hours/3 x’s a week.”
