“Incredible hotel. I have stayed at many IHG properties, and this hotel ranks amongst the best. All of the hotel employees were amongst the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've had the pleasure of working with. The rooms were clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options, and even the breakfast attendant went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasurable stay. Only negative we had was the room was not equipped with bedding for the sofa bed, or had enough towel. Easily alleviated with a visit to the front desk, who was extremely apologetic. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.”

“My wife and I have seen David a few times (so far) for couples therapy. We had previously seen another therapist at a different practice who was not the least bit helpful. I feel like we got more out of our first appointment with David than we did in the year or so with our other therapist. David is warm, knowledgeable, and validating. He always checks in with where we are at the beginning of the session and checks to see if there is anything in particular we’d like to focus on that day. If not, he has some ideas to help further our work as a couple. David acknowledges that therapy isn’t easy, that there will be difficult, sometimes very difficult experiences that will arise; however, he is always right there with us, helping and guiding us. His encouragement and care helps to make these difficult moments a little easier. David is also very adept at working with the LBGTQAI+ community as well as different types of relationships. He is affirming to all groups and helps you to feel comfortable talking about anything. I honest can’t say enough good things about the experience we are having in therapy with David. It is so refreshing to have a therapist who is willing to work WITH you to accomplish your relationship goals!”

“I loved my experience doing Pilates with Deb! I started with her when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby and had no prior experience with Pilates. I had weekly sessions with her throughout the entire rest of my pregnancy, and it was great. She was very patient with this newbie, gave clear explanations and corrections, and more importantly, genuinely cared about me and my baby. I continued with postnatal Pilates after my daughter was born, and it really helped me recover and get back on my feet faster. I can’t recommend Deb highly enough! She seriously is the best!”
