“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!!! Before going to this shop I stop by two other on the way to see if they could fix my van because it was overheating really bad. They both told me I had to wait until the next day or they couldn't get the part. I looked up the next shop and I found Auto TX. I pulled up and ask them if they could fix the problem and he said give him a minute. He went outside and looked at my van, then call Dodge dealership and was told they had the part. He ask when did I need to fix by so he can see how fast he need to go get the part. I told he by 1pm the next day. He said ok, so I left my van. By 2pm he called and told me he was sending someone to get my part and as soon as they get back he will start working on my van. I called him the next morning about 10am and he told me it will be finish by noon. I arrived a little early and it was already done. Not only are they friendly but they have great customer service, fast and the price are very reasonable. Going forward this will be the shop that I always take my van to.”

It needed not only body work and painting but mechanical repairs, tires, interior cleaning etc. It looked really sad. I didn't know one body shop from the rest so I asked a couple of family members who were mechanics. Both recommended Paint Works in N Royalton. The owner is very particular and will do it right I was told. My car looks better now than when I bought it! The owner of this business is an honest, hard working guy that does a tremendous job. He took care of all of the insurance stuff and communicated what was going on. Very happy!”
