“I live in the neighborhood, been here 20 years and have never been to this store. Recently I needed help to replace my hot water tank and a friend told me South Hills Hardware could do it. I called, and they were able to not only sell me a new tank, but we're able to deliver it and install it! Their plumber came out, did the job and even fixed a valve that was bad too. This place did it all the same day I called for help! Wonderful service! I went there today to pick up some paperwork, and have them out next week to do some more jobs for me too. I'm so happy to have an honest local store to help me! Everyone in Old Brooklyn should go here!”

“I like the new look of the store. There are a lot more checkout lanes and they have more cashiers so more lines are open. The front area is a lot less cluttered and you can see clear to the other end of the store. The women's underwear department needs to be organized. As with most stores they are offering less variety. It wasn't too crowded and I found almost everything I needed.”

He even called back because initially when I called he said he didn’t see any, & after that phone call found one and called me back to let me be aware. I’ve been looking for this product for well over a year calling many many other Home Depot’s and getting little help or sense of care from the other associates I talked to. “Awesome compared to the Walmart location in steelyard. The steelyard store wow is terrible. Please don't shop there. The manager there don't care. If you have and issue they don't care. The store is ran by children. I went there to shop for a few items. Ok they had the prices wrong. Then they tried to run and change the prices before I could take these pictures with my cell phone. Then their was and employee that threatened to fight me. After, that I went back up to the cash register to pay for my items. My mom is almost 80years old she was trying to stop putting groceries on the conveyor belt. The cashier would not turn it off. My mom's arm was being pushed forward. I had to yell at the cashier to stop. Just don't shop here. They are all idiots.”

“I had a 10 year old Toro lawnmower that died on me recently. I needed to purchase a lawnmower at a decent price. I went to Home Depot and their supply of lawnmowers at this time in the fall season was limited. Plus the customer service person who helped me wasn't really trying to give me any additional options, so that didn't leave a great impression in my mind with this particular experience 😖 I decided to go check out Dunn Hardware and was glad I did. They only had one brand they were selling at this time;however, the very helpful man was able to tell me about the brand and its overall reliability. He wasn't just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you don't get at the larger retailers. I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and I'm happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car. I would recommend anyone who needs equipment to check out Dunn first and you'll be surprised with the great service and cost 😊”
