“First, I will start by saying that I do not like writing reviews online (good or bad). But I have to admit that I absolutely LOVED how Ms. Georgia handle my situation. She is a very pleasant person with a vibrant personality and do not stop smiling and making jokes. I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!”

“We had some issues with some very important packages that were supposed to be forwarded to our new address and our new home post office. Mr. Richard Hill is the supervisor my husband and I spoke with. He went through great lengths to help us with our packages and all our mail needs and said he would take it upon himself to make sure our mail started going to the correct place. Thanks so much to the staff and especially MR.RICHARD HILL AT the Middleburg Hts.. Post office for all the effort , patients, and time, taken to help us. MR. RICHARD HILL deserves the very best for all his effort & we would like to say Thank you so very much for your kindness and helpfulness.( We need more people in the world like him!) “Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to rate a post office. I went to this location and (very dumbly) dropped off a pre paid package. After about an hour, I realized that the package had a fed ex label and not a USPS label. I called this post office and explained this to them. They went out of their way to go into the back, look for my package, and take it out of the stack for me. I was able to pick it back up to take to the proper location. I really appreciate that they went out of their way for me so my package didn’t end up being lost. Thank you!”
