He gave me specific instructions as to when and where to process the package to have it get there right on time. The kiosk said it would be too early, the tracking updates said it would be too early, I was getting nervous. Low and behold, I get a tracking update today that says it’ll be there exactly on time. She is a very pleasant person with a vibrant personality and do not stop smiling and making jokes. I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!”

“Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to rate a post office. I went to this location and (very dumbly) dropped off a pre paid package. After about an hour, I realized that the package had a fed ex label and not a USPS label. I called this post office and explained this to them. They went out of their way to go into the back, look for my package, and take it out of the stack for me. I was able to pick it back up to take to the proper location. I really appreciate that they went out of their way for me so my package didn’t end up being lost. Thank you!”
