“Update 10/9: The owner of the company reached out to me to cover the cost of my damaged items. I received a check for the replacement value for those items. He was very friendly and was trying to figure out what happened. They are working with a chemist to make sure it doesnt happen to other people. Original review: I wish I had a better experience. Last Thursday, 9/15, I had a deodorization and sanitization process completed at my home. I was promised that it would not hurt any of the items left in my house (after plants and food were removed). I asked multiple times if there was anything I needed to move, put away, or be aware of. Mark reassured me multiple times that it would not hurt the items left out. However, I had several fabric items that have been bleached by the process.”

“This cleaner is more than an everyday dry cleaner. I have been going here for years--first by chance then by choice. The owner, Sam, is a true craftsman at his trade. I had a precious & particularly soiled garment many years back that I believed was impossible to clean without at least some ruin, but it was returned absolutely clean like new. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Other places will not do such divine quality cleaning. Either they are too harsh, too soft, and not right. This place does things perfect. I don't look forward AT ALL to the day this place will no longer be in business.”
