“Very nice place, clean and I have my sisters clothes done by the staff. They do the washing and drying and folding, and alway do a wonderful job. The only problem being Megan she does not like me and I always have someone else drop off and pick up the laundry. I spend a lot of money at the laundry bin and Sunday August 20, 2023 I sent a friend in for me because Megan is very difficult to deal with. My friend walked in and no hello or welcome said, because she knows my friend because we have been going to the laundry bin for a long time. I think she needs a attitude adjustment or maybe find a job she likes???”

I originally used them at the North Olmsted location while rehabbing from surgery, their drive through at that location was an added convenience.”

“First time here, and I loved it 🥰 39 minutes on the $3.50 washers, and the dryers are free. 6 or 7 minutes per free dryer. Stay with your clothes at the dryer, you would need to press start again after 6 or 7 at a time. Split your clothes up into small piles for the dryer, and it should take you 18 to 21 minutes for all your clothes to dry 😊 it said 6:30am Laundry open but the owner opens up at 6am happy washing 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰”

“Like this laundromat. Clean and good machines. Machines take quarters. No ATM inside but there is a coin machine. Every time I have been there (and I've been going for over 2 years) there have always been coins in the machine. However, I have seen multiple people come in to use just the coin machine and are not using the facility. Management can't help if others empty machine. One older machine has never worked and hasn't been replaced. But I've used the triple loader and larger machines and they work well as do the top loaders. Dry clothes at home so I cannot offer advice on dryers. I've seen workers come in and clean machines and store. Also have seen customers leave place dirty; don't pick up after themselves.”
