“Our experience with the team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING could not have gone better!! The owners Chris and Mike helped us through every aspect during our house siding damage insurance claim. They came out immediately and made the damage safe for my family then we had multiple in person meetings with Chris to methodically plan out the work to make the repairs. Chris helped me and my wife understand the process of a large siding insurance job along with assisting us to pick the material and color schemes for our house. While the work was taking place the crew was always on time and Mike often made job site visits to ensure the progress and quality of work was up to his standards. We also decided to replace our windows during this construction and the team at ABSOLUTE did an expert job with the install of our new windows. Lastly, we upgraded the pillars on our front porch with the help of the custom design and carpentry team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING (see included pictures). “From the initial call through completion of our roofing project, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what we had with Garfield 1-2323! I’ve always been one to get multiple quotes on any project, big or small. But from the moment I met with Sam, I was instantly impressed and felt very comfortable and confident to the point where I didn’t seek out any other quotes or meet with any other contractors (a true first for me). Sam was very thorough and detailed in all his explanations, and his passion for what he does was very apparent. His suggestions were extremely helpful, and I really felt like he took care of our home like it was his own. The amount of time he spent talking on the phone, in person, through text/email was very much appreciated and made us confident we had made the right decision. He even took the time to walk around our neighborhood with me, looking at other roofs, explaining different options which was very insightful. I mentioned liking the look of slate, and the possibility of a slate-look roof without the cost and maintenance of real slate. Sam found us the perfect shingle and look for our house! His attention to detail and architectural eye were helpful in choosing the right color/size/scale roof for our home. The pricing was very reasonable- very much in line with what I had expected the project to cost (even after we decided on a more expensive, custom shingle). Once the work started, it took 4 days to compete. They took their time, and took very good care of our yard, house and landscaping. They were more concerned with doing the job right as opposed to rushing to get it done quickly and move on to the next one. They used a black mesh property protection system I’ve never seen any roofing company use before. They cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day, and on the last day it was like they had never been there (except for the stunning new roof)! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and the crew at Garfield 1-2323 to family and friends (in fact, I already have). We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. It’s nice to know there are still companies out there that take pride in their work with top notch customer service!”

I got 3 quotes to have 3 skylights installed in a home addition I designed & am building and chose 1st Choice Roofing / Lifetime Skylight Co. They weren't the lowest bid, but being in the industry I know you get what you pay for so my decision was based on a lot more than just price. I also took comfort in the warranty that was included. The install went extremely smoothly and Dennis & Timmy seemed as excited as my project as I am. They kept me informed with photos & texts as they progressed with their work and even sent me a question about a location on the last skylight even though I located it and marked it myself before they began work. This indicated to me that they were "thinking" about my project too and not just doing their work...which is RARE to experience these days. They even thanked me for some prep work that I did before they arrived for their safety. I've already given out 2 referrals and I'm sure there will be more.
