Walked in a few minutes before closing looking for a replacement bracelet for a piece I had lost.Cody was very helpful in letting me try on several pieces and answered all my questions. Ended up purchasing a bracelet & necklace i absolutely love. He and George were great. I’m glad I stopped by this particular location

Wow!! What great service. Meryem and Nikki were extremely helpful. Since the moment I walked in. I was greeted and felt very welcomed. They helped me find a the perfect gift. They provided so many wonderful recommendations. Until we finally narrowed them down to two gorgeous pieces. I left very happy and cant wait to go back next time I need jewelry. Thank you ladies!

Best customer service. It was really busy when we came in just to get a watch battery replaced, and Nikki was super attentive and nice and greeted us anyway. Cody changed out my battery so fast. Definitely will be back next time I need a watch battery. Nikki and Cody are great! Thank you!

Went in just to browse and left out more than satisfied. Nikki’s customer service was superb not only did I save BIG on my new gorgeous diamond ring but I brought up that I was looking to replace a ring I had for 25 years since a diamond was missing. She asked where did I purchased and she mentioned that Kay brought out that jeweler and she could look to see if I had a warranty on the ring. Sure enough it had a warranty. So I now have a beautiful new ring and a warranty on my old ring to get repair with a deep cleaning! I’m beyond happy and satisfied! Thank you Nikki you are so awesome! Side note… her nails are gorgeous!!
