Nikki’s customer service was superb not only did I save BIG on my new gorgeous diamond ring but I brought up that I was looking to replace a ring I had for 25 years since a diamond was missing. She asked where did I purchased and she mentioned that Kay brought out that jeweler and she could look to see if I had a warranty on the ring. Sure enough it had a warranty. So I now have a beautiful new ring and a warranty on my old ring to get repair with a deep cleaning! I’m beyond happy and satisfied! Thank you Nikki you are so awesome! Side note… her nails are gorgeous!!”
