(June 24, 2023, 10:17 am)Redwood Delaware is a wonderful community. While our stay was short (only 15 month) it was terrific. Property is well maintained, staff is friendly and professional and residents respectful and friendly. Would recommend this community if you are looking for a wonderful quiet neighborhood.
(June 9, 2023, 12:47 pm)I have rented some pretty terrible apartments from some pretty terrible people, so when I came to Redwood I was feeling raw and on edge, but my experience with them has been completely wonderful. The staff are kind and respectful, and the apartments and grounds are well maintained. You can definitely tell the staff is doing their best to create a pleasant little community here. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is for nitpicky things like there being no USPS blue box nearby, all the loud glamour trucks and motorcycles rolling by 24/7, and the outdoor lighting throughout the neighborhood not being dark sky approved (you're going to want blackout curtains in your bedrooms).
(March 14, 2023, 3:45 pm)Beautiful apartment home. The staff is amazing! Very responsive. The neighborhood is clean and friendly and pets are welcomed members of the family. Will highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a special place to live.
(February 9, 2023, 11:04 am)The staff at Redwood Delaware are truly amazing, Mary and Kelly made our move in so easy. They both are so kind, and made us feel truly welcomed into the community. Anytime I call or send an email the staff at Redwood has gotten back to me immediately.
The neighborhood is always so clean, and everyone is super friendly.
(August 24, 2022, 4:56 pm)This was the easiest process! I entered in my request on Sunday evening and Monday the nicest man showed up at my door. I didn’t write his name down. Sorry! He was very professional, kind, and explained to me the issue…he made me fell like I was talking to my dad or uncle. I really appreciate his willingness to explain to me what was happening.
This is why in starting my second year and rental agreement. I love it here and what beautiful sunsets
