I worked with Tom Stephens from initial contact to purchase. He was outstanding and incredibly helpful! He assisted me in finding a new vehicle to replace my totaled 2021 Equinox quickly and painlessly. This was the BEST and least pressured sale I’ve ever had. Tom felt like a friend instead of a salesman trying to pressure me for commission.

David Grin is the best Sales Person. He was best in explaining everything! I wish every car purchase is as good as dealing with him. Didn't like the financing part a bit since it wasn't clarified at the beginning of the car booking process. Kind of forced to pick the dealer's APR. I was determined to not get discouraged. :). Overall good experience.

Desmond did a great job locating and bringing in the vehicle we were looking for. He was knowledgeable. Answered all questions, double checked when we needed verification and provided information. Was never too pushy on sale. Had a great sense of humor. He made the process seamless. Financial department was great too. We did not take a loan, but went through all the details on the Chesrown program. He had everything done quick and easy.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. I was greeted when I arrived they knew that I was there for my new tires and brakes. My service advisor Amber was very helpful and kept me informed about additional services that were needed to keep my car running properly. In addition to what I already was aware of, they also changed my spark plugs as the car is nearing 100,000 miles. The tire pressure monitors were also replaced. Everyone at Chesrown is always very polite and helpful. I feel more comfortable at this dealership than any other dealership I have visited in the past. I have serviced all of my vehicles here since we moved to the area back in December of 1999. I have never had any issues. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Our sales representative was Jim. Friendly. Knowledgeable . No pressure. Assessed our needs. Showed us many options of what we were looking for. Gave us a great price on our trade in. Military discount that we were not expecting! The man definitely knows the features and details of every vehicle that we looked at. The final process (aka, the paperwork) was absolutely seamless. Outstanding rewards and warranty program. It was really helpful to get the final walk through of the new vehicle that we purchased with Jim. Knowing all of the details of a new car is important and Jim knew them all and walked us through each one. I would highly recommend Chesrown to anyone who wants really great service without the "sales" pressure. It was also a pleasant surprise to learn of the service department being available on Saturdays as well. The entire dealership is immaculately clean.
