I had all four wisdom teeth come in and was so scared of having to get them removed. But seeing Dr. Wilcox was the best decision I made. He and his team are there for you and genuinely care that you are well taken care of. He and his assistant answered every question in detail, communicated with me through the whole procedure and made sure I was absolutely numb and absolutely comfortable the entire time. “So I usually never do this due to anxiety but this place truly deserves it. First, the register lady was really sweet and got me in quicker than anything. Amy Connor the lady who called me in listened to me very well and talked to me about my symptoms and treated me with so much compassion. Laurel Hampton then came in and did the same thing giving me so much compassion and understanding. Finally my favorite!! Darby Fisher, where to start. She came in and showed so much compassion, care, understanding and was super sweet. I needed a shot due to my migraines and she also gave me some nausea medicine. I normally have really bad migraines, she offered to turn the light off for me and she even reclined the chair for me and made sure I was okay after a little bit. Everyone who looked at me today was super sweet and caring. I now see why everyone I know goes here and I will continue to keep coming!! Thank you.”

“I went to the Starbucks just before they closed to redeem my free birthday item. They were so friendly and nice even though it was 5 minutes before closing. They took the time to tell me about menu items and explain things and answered all my questions. The Barista offered to give me my drink with a separate cup of ice so it wouldn't get watered down because I said sometimes I didn't drink them quickly. I also appreciate that Starbucks is not using straws anymore”

“Seems to be hit or miss at Walmart Pharmacy. I think it maybe more of good day bad day. Pharmacist job is specialized and critical responsibility to fill our Rx correctly and also be aware of a patients personal risks( like allergies etc.) as well as fill your Rx in a timely manner. And they have a lot of laws and policies to follow. So even though sometimes I too can get irritated when my Rx order isn’t to my complete satisfaction, I do consider what their day has been like behind the counter. It’s a stressful and specialized job with many responsibilities. So yes I get frustrated sometimes cuz I am only human. But so are they!!! Thank you Walmart Pharmacists and Rx Techs for serving our community.”
