Many dry cleaning stores are out of business after COVID pandemic and so glad this one survived with I am sure with their loyal customers. The owner is so welcoming and courteous to my needs and suggests best ways to take care of my jackets and clothes for better care and longer lives. “Wow!!! Worth the 40 mile (round trip)! I live on the edge of Franklin County and Delaware County. I have a DMV south of me in Westerville however the wait is typically 90 minutes to 2 hours. Thought I’d take to drive to Delaware and when I pulled into the DMV parking lot, I “checked in” online, was assigned a number and said it was a 17 minute wait. I got in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and Nate, who assisted me, was personable, friendly and it was absolutely incredible how helpful he was to everyone that was there.”

“This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable.
