“I actually go here all the time in the summer and love this place but I found out it wasn't on Google maps so I made a location for it. This pool has one slide, three diving boards, a great staff, lap lanes, an open pool, a kid pool, basketball hoops, cheap food, and much more. There are breaks every hour for anyone under 18. They are closed for the winter due to it's a outdoor pool.”

“I was intrigued what Rockbox was all about when it first opened up. It's a great mix of boxing, kickboxing and high intensity training. I was never bored in any class because it was never the same. The atmosphere with the lights and awesome music along with the coaches pushing you to give it your all made it challenging but fun! Also, there is an accountability coach to help you with your nutrition and goals. They provide a simple meal plan to follow with delicious (and easy!) recipes. Rockbox gives you the tools to succeed. I was able to lose 21 pounds and 6% body fat in 6 weeks. It has changed my perspective on health and fitness allowing me to see what I can accomplish if I set my mind to it. It's definitely a great addition to the Powell community!”
