“Dr. McConnell was the best PCP I've ever had. She never rushed me in and out of the exam room, and she took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). She completely understood my concerns regarding billing and test results potentially being shared with my invasive parents and helped me work around it via MyChart to protect my privacy as an adult. She took my family history seriously and ordered the tests I requested that typically fall outside a normal blood panel. I ended up relocating after graduating college, and she even recommended a book related to history of my new city.
