The Staff is very friendly and the gym has a great family atmosphere!

Clean and open 24 hrs./day. Great selection of free weights and machines. They offer training and have massage tables, but I havent used those services.

I found IFS after a car accident in April of 2018. My first visit was to see a physical therapist that has an office in their facility. I have been seeing him for the last 6 months. Each time that I have walked into IFS everyone seems genuinely happy to see me. When I have bad days they genuinely seem sympathetic. Not being a member of IFS the staff could just as easily not cared about me but instead I feel as though they care about me as much as anyone else there. If I lived closer I would definitely join IFS and may still anyway. I have been a member of many gyms in my life and have found that many of them lack energy and honestly have a negative feel to them. NOT AT IFS. when you walk in the door you can tell something is different. Everyone is happy to be there. The staff are amazingly loving people who really care. If they didn't they would give me "a non member" a second glance. I love this place and only wish it were closer to my home

Love love this place. Very caring and genuine owners. Cozy but well equipped and clean facility. Highly recommended.

The gym is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly. Rich is great trainer he knows how to motivate you and give your best effort. I have been going for 2 weeks and lost 12 poiunds. The other trainers all seem really nice and greet you by name.
