My wife and I had been looking for a home in the country with acreage, mature trees and a pole building. As properties became available, Steve would arrange for a showing on the same or next day. Most properties were at least a half hour away due to our desire to move to the country. We toured over a dozen homes before finding a property that had everything we were looking for. Within two days our offer was accepted and we were in contract.
The following day we met Steve at our, at that time, present home to discuss placing it on the market. The next day appointments to show our home began pouring in. As a matter of fact, forty-eight showings were scheduled for the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We ended up receiving eighteen offers and accepted one that was well over our asking price. I was amazed at how well this number of showings and offers were managed.
