From my move-in come tomorrow everything goes well

Leaving after 4 years & 2 different units , &have zero complaints ! DesyRae is amazing ; she has literally accommodated every single issue or request that I’ve ever had .. Maintenance almost always comes the following business day , &management has continuously made adjustments to better the community

Firstly, I thank both Brandy and Destiny for accommodating my request for a top floor garden apartment. Also providing a timely service with the apartment to accommodate my move in date, and for fulfilling my request to replace the light in stairway. The move in gift provide with the apartment contract and policies was a nice gesture too.
Secondly, on move day, it was when the manager Destiny brought to my attention that I had to transfer both my electric and gas from my old address unto my new address. Keeping in mind that I had already rented the uhaul, moved all my things into the uhaul and was ready to move. She was refusing for me to move in but beforehand, my thought process was that I moved in then change all my Utilities address to my new address. Luckily I was able to do everything that same day but it was just the lack of communication. Destiny attitude towards her tenants can come off dismissive. When you’re having a conversation, she’s seems so in rush for the conversation to an end. During the move in, I notices that neither of the rooms carpet was clean or even vacuumed.
Overall that I’m satisfied with the size of the apartment, I wish the design of the master bedroom and bath was more wider than narrower.
I’m a very optimistic person so I hope management-tenant relationship get better.

Justin did an OUTSTANDING job responding to the request. I can say he went above & beyond, expecially when it came to the shower & handling the issue w/ my vent. He was very timely, cordial, professional, & helpful in advising me on the up keep. Thank you!!

I’ve lived here for only 7 months however my experience has been amazing! I started out living in a 2bdrm flat and recently decided to move to a townhome, and Desyrae & Brandi made the transition very easy! The Maintenance guys Justin & Dickson are also amazing and make sure the property is clean and well maintained as well as completing work orders in a timely manner!! I would recommend this property to anyone, and appreciate all staff members at Bricegrove for their hard work, great customer service, and patience.

This is the best Meijer I’ve ever seen. It’s so bright and spacious. I loved shopping there. I’d rather go here than order Instacart. Almost everything I get was plentiful and in stock.

I love the variety of products in Meijer 's. The store is easy to locate. There is amble parking available. It is well lite and well stocked. The employees seem happy working for this company.

This Meijer has THE BEST CAKES!! I posted a few of the adorable Halloween cakes but we ordered a custom cake for a friend's party and I never expected it to look like the picture I gave them. Not only was it better than the picture, it was amazing!! The flavor, the colors - including the gold leaf accents, everything was absolutely perfect! I never thought a grocery store could/would make such a phenomenal cake! Would recommend to anyone!
