Love how organized this store is. They always have the best selection of fresh produce. The prices are a little high but the quality its outstanding. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they are always going above a beyond. The store is very easy to find, right next to the Planet Fitness. Easy can see from Polaris Parkway, plenty of parking. Following all current Covid process.
Always love coming to this store! My wife and I try to make it in at least once a month. Fresh Thyme always has an amazing amount of fresh produce, fresh squeezed juices, Mineral Fusion makeup for my wife, fresh ground peanut butter, and literally anything else you may be looking for! They even have Brown Cow yogurt, which I've had trouble finding elsewhere (though the Strawberry is always low or out of stock! ?)
Prices are comparable to Giant Eagle, Kroger and Meijer. Fresh Thyme always has great sales also! Make sure to get their app for the best up to date information, and you can also order delivery through Instacart I believe!
Staff was great. Was looking for cooking twine n staff went above and beyond to help me find it. I will be back more frequently because of this.
We have been shopping at this location for about 5 years now.The best part is their produce, which is soo clean and reasonably priced that we don't get our fruits and veggies and meats from anywhere else. They could do little better with their customer service. One thing that I have noticed recently is that, they have a app you can download and scan the membership during check out. But the cashiers NEVER EVER ask about it, and when we ask about it, they seem like they don't care or even know about it very well. If you go to any other grocery stores they ALWAYS ask if you have the store membership card or whatever they are called. It should be a part of their greeting like every other store.
