“Dr. McConnell was the best PCP I've ever had. She never rushed me in and out of the exam room, and she took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). She completely understood my concerns regarding billing and test results potentially being shared with my invasive parents and helped me work around it via MyChart to protect my privacy as an adult. She took my family history seriously and ordered the tests I requested that typically fall outside a normal blood panel. Dr. McConnell took the trouble to get to know me and was always responsive when I messaged her with questions in MyChart. I ended up relocating after graduating college, and she even recommended a book related to history of my new city. I've been through 2 more PCPs since her, and none of them showed a fraction of the care Dr. McConnell showed me. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.”

They do this thing where once your kid graduates to the deep end of the pool, they take him to the showers, and pelt him with eggs in “celebration”. The staff gathers around the child throwing eggs and laughing. I thought this was a rumor when I first signed up, but it is 100% true. They did a great job at teaching my son how to swim, but he came back to the car crying.”
