“Wow!!! Worth the 40 mile (round trip)! I live on the edge of Franklin County and Delaware County. I have a DMV south of me in Westerville however the wait is typically 90 minutes to 2 hours. Thought I’d take to drive to Delaware and when I pulled into the DMV parking lot, I “checked in” online, was assigned a number and said it was a 17 minute wait. I got in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff is friendly and Nate, who assisted me, was personable, friendly and it was absolutely incredible how helpful he was to everyone that was there.”

“I had been loyal to State Farm for over 16 years and switched to American Family a few months ago when my husband and I made an offer to purchase our first home. So, our lender recommended we give Jim at American Family a call and we had the needed-insurance in 3 days and way less than we figured it would be. We also switched our car insurance and now save about $420 a year, compared to State Farm, for the same coverage. Someone is always able to answer the phone, they're local and super easy to connect with if it's needed, and they gave us a lot of choices in what\how much insurance everything has. For someones that don't know a whole lot about insurance and have never filed a claim (us), American Family was much easier to understand and definitely less expensive. Thank you guys, for helping us get our house, and also saving us money.”

They properly evaluate you and your equipment to help you become the most efficient player you can be. They also can modify your clubs to fit you. They won't try to upsell you on clubs and made me feel comfortable knowing that they did a full club spec. I'm excited about the leaps my game will make after working with Todd and Don. Along with the lessons and evaluation they also sell bags, clubs and other merchandise. You can also book virtual rounds at something like 30 different golf courses. Give Grass Roots a look, I don't think you'll be disappointed.”

“This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable.
