“Roofmaster’s and Kirk Fillinger is hands down the best contractor we have ever dealt with. After months of dealing with an insurance company that refused to repair anything and an unresponsive and unhelpful roofing contractor we contacted Kirk at Roofmaster’s, within two weeks our claim was approved and a new roof had already been installed. Two weeks after that our claim for siding damage had been approved also and is already set for installation of all new siding. All of this is do to Kirk’s expertise and experience with dealing with insurance companies. The workmanship of the crew was exceptional from their work ethic and quality to all of the time they spent making sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails or trash anywhere. We have a 2500 square ft house and the roof was removed and replaced in a day. After going thru such frustration with this process in the beginning, everything went smooth and quick after meeting Kirk. Gabe came out and inspected the roof from the ground as well as climbed up on the roof and inspected the roof. He found a hole in the flashing and numerous unsealed nail pops. We selected Ascent, and they worked with the seller to file a claim thru the insurance company, met the adjuster at the house and paid close attention the the entire insurance process until it was approved. They showed up on on the day of install and it was quite a production. Their crew was amazing, efficient and very professional! They covered the landscaping and cleaned up impeccably when the job was complete. All of this was done prior to the closing of the home. The owner Brent is very professional, his crews are top notch and is enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. We’re having them come out to do gutters in a few weeks, and I’ll post a review then as well.”

Joe stated facts and was very genuine. You could tell he cares about helping people. He sold us on his company. Contracts were all done electronically as was final payment. We had to do very little and our job (2500 square foot home) had a new roof in 1 day with no disturbance. We will be calling them again soon for new gutters. Do yourself a favor and hire them.”
