TCR has always been fair priced, and the employees are VERY knowledgable, I feel comfortable that they have my back, technology wise.

They got to my repair same day. Reasonable price. I was very very happy. I've only had bad experiences at the big box stores: always took days or weeks, cost more that expected and sometimes they didn't do what was requested. Don't waste your time at the big box stores, check out the guys at TCR. I'm going back.

I took my PC tower in to TCR this morning. I was greeted with friendly personal service. To my surprise, I was contacted within a short time by TCR [Sam Hartman] to relay my issue and cost of repair. A quick hour later I received another call to say all work was done and was available to pick up. Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service....I'll not go anywhere else for my computer needs....You rock Sam Hartman and TCR Personal Computer.
