Oak Valley Apartment

I have lived here 3 years now, I'll never go to a different apartment complex, easy to work with and the manager is very attentive and genuine. Any time I've had any complaints or maintenance issues they have been quick to fix them correctly. Very nice apartment and very quiet. Love the community and location!

New owners are good old ones I didn't have a problem with either. Rent on the internet says its raised to 700+ but I've been here over a year and they haven't raised mine. stove broke when I first moved in they fixed it the next day brought me a new one and the hot water tank was leaking water and they fixed within 2 days they are good apartments I haven't had any problems with neighbors no one talks outside a lot and walls are thick. No kids screaming nothing I'm happy with my first apartment choice but Im looking for something cheaper now. Overall a nice place.
