Honestly. I lived here for 3 years from 2018 to 2021. The apartment was nice maintenance was top of the line. Price was good too. I had really good neighbors at first. Then the people that moved under me where a nightmare. From what I understand it was teenagers and the mother worked nights so not entirely her fault. I did have to go to the office but there's only so much the office can do. Eventually causing me to move. Which is unfortunate. I loved that apartment and I loved the quiet community. Overall a good place to live just beware drama with neighbors. You have good neighbors and some bad apples. The people under me where some bad rotted apples. Always paid rent on time and enjoyed the pool. Miss this place sometimes.

Lived here for a year, going on 2 and we absolutely love it. Very friendly and quick maintenance, landscaping is kept up and its pretty quiet. 12/10 recommend 🥰

This is NOT a typo! I have lived in the apartment complex for 19 years! When I first moved to Lancaster, the first place I looked at to rent was a 2-bedroom garden apartment at Somerford Square. I didn't hesitate to sign a lease and loved having the help from the friendly staff and neighbors when I moved in. I have been through two divorces, raised my daughter, and through it all, moved into a 2-bedroom townhouse to continue to call Somerford Square home. The staff is still friendly, the maintenance rocks, and any issues that I have ever had have been addressed in a timely manner. I appreciate that the property manager plans resident activities such as ice cream socials, tailgating, pool parties, community garden, etc. I appreciate the improvements that have been made during my time living here that have included but not limited to new fences, new paint, new windows, and the dog park! Check it out - you won't be disappointed! :)

This place is home. After so many terrible renting experiences this place has been a blessing. My kids have so many friends to play with. The Neighbors seem very friendly. Had a maintenance issue and it was fixed right away. The price isn't crazy high. You do hear your neighbors but everyone trys to be courteous and aware. It is super clean. Also love the community events! Just cant wait to try out the pool.
