“My husband and I took our 8 month old daughter to get her ears pierced here today. No other local place would do it because of their age restrictions. The lady who did it worked quickly, but methodically, explaining each step of the process as she went. She made our experience feel safe and our daughter did so well. She usually cries when a stranger just looks at her but she didn’t cry until the piercing happened. Even then, it was just for less than a minute.”

The group topics were well planned as were the various activities we enjoyed. The techs Amanda and Jared were so enthusiastic and made the day fun. TJ, my case manager, was always helpful and full of resources. The nursing staff-- Susan and Lily -- were always readily available as was the executive director, Jenna.
