This place has been home to my mom for about 5 years.
She passed away on November 7, 2020.
I have read some of the reviews on here and I have to say that yes they are understaffed and the rooms may not be in the greatest of condition but they did all that they could for Mom and I couldn't thank them enough for taking such good care of her.
Living in Wyoming has been difficult for me. I wanted to be closer to her but unfortunately my life choices landed me there. I'm grateful that they took the time to care for her when I couldn't be there.

Every facility has it’s downfalls with management, current and past employees. With that being said the employees for the ridge are definitely some of the best people I’ve worked with. Anyone that has actually been inside the facility would see that each resident is taken care of, and loved by all of the staff. I myself take pride in the care that the RA’s and the rest of the staff provide for our residents.
I work there and have for 4 months. I just wanted to address some of the concerns that have been expressed is some of the reviews. I am a nurse here and I assure you that I do, in fact, care about my residents. It is a smaller facility and yes there is a smaller staff. Due to this fact, I have worked with most of them and they all go above and beyond for the people they provide care for. We are literally a part of these people’s extended family and consider them a part of our own. All facilities have staffing issues from time to time but of all the places I have worked in my life, none have quite come together so strongly to ensure the residents still receive the quality of care they deserve in spite of our own problems. We make it work. And for that I take pride in being a part of this facility.
Staff is very friendly, and always willing to help. If there’s ever an issue the management will always handle it. I feel like the management goes above and beyond to help the staff and the coworkers work together as a team. Overall this is probably one of the best places I’ve ever worked for I absolutely love it here!
