“Every facility has it’s downfalls with management, current and past employees. With that being said the employees for the ridge are definitely some of the best people I’ve worked with. Anyone that has actually been inside the facility would see that each resident is taken care of, and loved by all of the staff. I myself take pride in the care that the RA’s and the rest of the staff provide for our residents.”
