(April 19, 2020, 9:15 am)Although this is a “city park,” it is situated inside a neighborhood. It has open green space with a playground. It’s a lovely gem for neighbors, however, visitors shouldn’t have super high expectations. No one is promising you this is like Victory or Sycamore Creek.
